The milk quality is excellent. The milk is thick and fresh. It boils well, makes great tea, and gives thick malai. The taste is pure, without any watery feel – just like fresh cow’s milk should be.

Shrikhand was absolutely delightful! The texture was smooth and creamy, just the way authentic shrikhand should be. I especially loved the elaichi (cardamom) and kesar (saffron) flavors – rich, aromatic, and not overpowering.

I recently tried Ghee, and I must say it brings back the authentic taste of homemade ghee just like my Aaji used to make. The aroma is rich, and the texture is perfectly grainy – a mark of pure, high-quality ghee.
